This project is a unique mashup of two popular 3D printed parts: Cyberdyne Systems - T800 CPU USB Drive by alpokemon and Terminator T800 CPU / Chip Base / Container by SmashD. To create this modified remix, I undertook several steps: Firstly, I crafted custom CNC milling scripts for the USB flash drive. This allows you to either print alpokemon's design on your 3D printer or mill it using a CNC machine. Next, I adapted SmashD's base to perfectly match the dimensions of the USB Stick variant. I then merged SmashD's base with the top cap into a single, cohesive new design. From my perspective, this combined version looks significantly improved compared to the original separate components. To ensure secure attachment, I modified the M3 holes in the top cap to accommodate M3x10 screws. In addition, you will need a specific acrylic tube measuring approximately 100-120mm in length with a diameter of 50/44mm.
