The wheels spin quite well without any post-processing, and it even has a steering disc mechanism.

Wheels: You'll need to print out two of the wheel parts. All of the wheel parts print without support. The optional TPU tire should be printed on its "flat" on its side.

Body: The front and back cycle body will need to print with supports.

Assembly:
Snap the top and bottom of the wheels together. Slide the optional TPU tire over top of the wheel for better grip. Snap one wheel into the front part of the bike and one into the back. The wheels have a slit along the side of the cones, which provides a bit of "give" for snapping into place. Finally, snap the disc from the front part of the bike into the connecting part from the back of the bike.

*v4 update* - Increased spacing for the wheel gaps so that the conical wheels are easier to snap into place. Also the bottom part of the wheel is rotated properly for printing, and the pins are moved closer to the edge of the print for better bridge support.

My Print Settings:

.2mm layer height
3 wall layers, 4 top and bottom layers
20% infill
PLA for body, and TPU for the optional tires (the wheels themselves are PLA)
Support: touching build plate
