I'm sharing my unpolished files with you, and I appreciate your understanding. The chest emblem has been finalized and prints well. The rest of the parts were designed to be laser-cut from EVA fatigue mat foam, which I've linked here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/cf51b0f32ef213e09452c180/w/08ffa9c9a7ce7dfe19b114ec/e/addb1c1191c57bb752dfe090 Please be aware that the files in this link need to be scaled and tested, as I created them using Inkscape, not Onshape. I've also attached the .nc files used on my laser cutter, which were generated with Inkscape for my oversized homebrew 3DP style laser. Be prepared for a large workspace of at least 1.5' x 3'. Honestly, I'm unsure if all necessary files are included or accurately represented. The chest piece was done manually before I realized my laser could handle the task. My advice is to test these designs on butcher paper first to ensure they meet your expectations and avoid wasting foam.
