The official face shield frame design for Chippewa Valley Makers features a unique mashup of two existing designs, combining the Bannon visor depth with the stems from the 3DVerkstan model. To enhance the structural integrity of the joint where the stem meets the visor, gussets have been strategically added. This design requires standard US clear PET plastic sheets measuring 8.5x11 inches, punched with a standard 3-hole punch for optimal fit and functionality.
