Cuvette Surface Temp Probe Adapter

This adapter is designed to seamlessly connect a Vernier Surface Temperature Probe STS-BTA to a Cuvette used in Chemistry experiments. A precise fit is ensured by using #4 x 1/2" sheet metal screws, which securely attach the cover plate that cradles the wire in place. To accommodate typical FDM printers, the design has been carefully optimized; however, you may still need to make some subtle adjustments with a file or similar tool to achieve perfect alignment. Fortunately, most printers will effortlessly span the small gap on the underside of the adapter without requiring any support structures. A 5/64" drill is all that's needed to clear the small hole, while a 3/32" drill in the smaller screw holes makes it easier for the screws to go in smoothly.
