Make Break Repeat! on Facebook: Updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays! You're into fine woodworking, using self-cut dowels sawed flush with your fancy Japanese saw, gaps filled with the finest brew of colourless wood glue, sanded to perfection? Move on, this isn't for you. Thanks for stopping by. I need to get stuff done and settle for "doesn't look terrible" as long as it works well enough. My idea of a floating shelf is different from that of an accomplished fine woodworker. When I use fasteners to mount something to a wall, there will be holes. To make holes disappear, I use plugs. I've started printing my own since all the plastic I use in connection with my son's furniture is Original Prusa Orange PLA or ABS depending on the task. Enter CuvaMe, a simple 35 mm plug for 12 mm holes that looks great with any wood if printed in Prusa Orange. I'll throw in RecuvaIt, an easy to use tool, for free to pull those plugs out of their holes if the furniture ever needs to be moved to a different place.
