Cutting Guide for Mighty Max Table Saw (Harbor Freight)
thingiverse
Picked up the Mighty Max 4" table saw a while back, only to discover that the metal guide included was utterly useless. Fearing a serious injury, I took matters into my own hands and designed this custom guide. Crafted specifically for small-width cuts (under 3 inches), this stop system ensures the sled stays put, preventing any nasty accidents with the blade. For added convenience, you can insert an adjustable square into a slot to create a precise stop when cutting multiple pieces of the same length at once. A thoughtful addition was the inclusion of a hole for attaching a 1/2 inch wooden dowel handle, providing extra safety features when in use. The piece shown here was printed at 40% infill with PLA and features supports on the end.
