MAN BETON has developed a new complex cutting machine after years of experimentation and testing different cellular concrete cutting machines. The design by MAN BETON is characterized by its simple operation, saving six workers on site (for assembly, disassembly, and pushing the mold trolley). It has a production rate of up to 12 m3 per hour. Numerous cutting complexes, mainly wire cutting machines, exhibit unsatisfactory cutting accuracy and production rates, along with issues such as short cutting times, requiring soft molds that could collapse upon opening and potential inability of wire cutting machines to cut the lower surface of blocks.
