Cutting Board Hook

Cutting board hook: Simple two part hook designed to let you hang up your cutting boards with a large Command adhesive strip. Order Command Strips on Amazon.com *You may need Super Glue, it depends on how well your printed parts fit together and the weight of the object you're hanging. The wide hook allows cutting boards to hang without swinging side to side. Modular design: This was designed in two pieces so that the "LgCommandStripMount" can be used with other creations and Command adhesive strips. Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Z Layers, 0.4mm Extruder Infill: 25% and 100% Notes: For the best results, print the "LgCommandStripMount" with triangles facing up, without rafts, so that the Command adhesive sticks to a smooth surface. The "LgCommandStripMount" was printed at 100% infill for stability, less infill may also work but is untested. No supports were needed. The "CuttingBoardHook" was printed at 25% infill. If you print with the largest face down, no supports are required. Heights of parts are evenly divisible by 0.1mm, 0.2mm and 0.3mm; I printed both parts with a 0.3mm layer thickness. Dimensions in the X and Y plane were created based on a 0.4mm extruder size. If your printed parts don't snap together properly: make sure there is no misplaced material on the edges of the triangles and/or switch to a 0.4mm extruder if that option is available. How I Designed This I designed this with Autodesk Fusion 360. I used Microsoft's 3D Builder to change the orientation of STL files. I sliced with MatterControl.
