<p>Plastic is nice!! wood is nice! Reconciled together they are even better!</p> <p>You may consider yourself making nice stuff out of wood but cant afford the expensive tools or have enough room for them? But you have a 3d Printer and some basic machinery to process wood?</p> <p>Then this is a nice little project for you and maybe your family :)</p> <p>Avoid using too much plastic but use wood for easy structures instead.</p> <p>Here you need a 20 mm wooden rod and some 6 mm wooden rods. How long should they be? You decide! Simply fit it to your requirements. Or use other materials than wood!</p> <p>Wood does not always have exact dimensions. So you may need to fit the parts together. So drill the 6 mm holes after printing (as rectangular as possible) and sand the wood down to a good fit. Or heat the plastic parts up a little bit with a torch! I iused 50% and it works fine.</p> I used a 0.6 Nozzle and 0.3 mm layer hight. But depending on your filament a 0.4 nozzle and 0.2 mm layer hight will work fine too!</div></div></p></p></p></p>
