This is a customizable ruler featuring precision-cut sections just shy of a border, with cutting distance adjustable in 1mm increments. To assemble this component, attach an M3x10 screw to the knob and insert an M3 nut into the blade holder. You may need to smooth out the three fins with a key file to ensure they fit snugly into the plate's slits.
