Cutter Ruler #2

This enhanced adjustable ruler is a direct response to user feedback, incorporating several key improvements over its predecessor. It now enables users to easily drag a precision cutter knife along a defined border by a set distance, thanks in large part to the addition of symmetric parts that provide maximum adaptability to any given situation. The ruler itself features prominent 10mm distance marks, significantly more visible than those found on previous versions and greatly enhancing overall usability. Assembly requires gluing M3x12 threaded rods or screws without heads into both the slider and ruler arm, accompanied by inserting M3 nuts into the corresponding fixing knobs. A moderate amount of pressure or a preheated nut may be necessary for successful insertion, but once secure, the assembly will remain firmly in place. UPDATE: To further enhance functionality, an additional knife-head has been added, allowing users to securely fasten their knife blade via a screw inserted from either side. This design ensures that even with this modification, a minimum cutting distance of 10mm can still be maintained. To implement this feature, two M3 nuts should be placed from the top, followed by printing an additional knob and inserting a M3x10 screw. For added security, CA glue may be applied as needed.
