Since precise measurement tools weren't readily available, approximate dimensions were taken into consideration when crafting this project using a method known as reverse engineering - which, instead of utilizing actual blueprints from a 2D drawing, works by carefully disassembling and reassembling the chopper piece by piece in order to learn its various features.
