This is a direct replacement for a defective cutter insert designed specifically for Panasonic ER 1611 professional haircutting machines. The green component visible in the image is actually the part within the shaving head that tends to break first when used extensively in professional settings. Rather than replacing the entire shaving head, I created this custom part to offer a more cost-effective solution. Initially, I was uncertain if PLA material could withstand the vibrations associated with heavy use; however, after several months of daily operation in a busy hairdresser shop, it has proven to be an effective and reliable alternative.
