I created this organizer specifically for my coworkers at work. It's designed to be modular, allowing us to easily add more components as needed. I intentionally crafted it to fit perfectly inside the tray that comes with our Sidchrome tool box. Five millimeter dowel pins hold everything together securely. This system can store a wide variety of tools and accessories, including reamers, drills, end mills, slot drills, tip cutters, boring bars, and even pens and pencils if we choose to use them.
