thingiverse
This is an angle control tool for your EVA foam cuts. The tool has three settings: 90-degree straight cuts, 60-degree angled cuts, and 45-degree angled cuts. These are the types of cuts you need for a clean join between two 90-degree EVA foam pieces. You'll also need two concave parts to guide the knife along a path and a stripped underside so it's smoother to move (print with raft). Here are your print settings: Printer: Dremel Idea Builder 3D20 Rafts: Yes Supports: It doesn't matter Resolution: Fast Infill: 10% up Notes: A little sanding on the underside will make it even smoother. This is the angle cutter helper. 45-degree cut: This is an example of a 45-degree cut on some EVA foam. Result of a 45-degree cut: You can see how smooth and clean this cut is. 60-degree cut and 90-degree cut are also available. I designed this project using Autodesk 123 Design.
