You can cut to size the razor-sharp blade holder by simply trimming the sheet. This DIY blade holder is designed with entertainment in mind, making it a great project for hobbyists like my wife. It's easily printed using our Makerbot Replicator 2 in vibrant blue PLA material, despite being produced at a relatively low resolution - a one hour print time doesn't seem to hurt its overall quality.
