Cute Q100H Hub Motor Nylon Gears

My e3d BigBox hub motor gears failed after approximately 10,000 kilometers. I was unable to locate replacement gears anywhere. These gears are printed with Taulman Alloy 910, a model designed to print without support due to its chamfered edges. A raft of PETG is used to ensure better adhesion to the aluminum bed. I'm uncertain about the durability of these gears, but it's unlikely that anything weaker than 910 will perform adequately. Update: I've added the _cnc.stl file, which lacks chamfers for CNC machining or printing with supports. Print Settings: Printer: e3d BigBox Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm x 0.2mm Infill: 95% Notes: Taulman Alloy 910 is printed at 250°C, and the bed temperature is set to 100°C.
