This model serves as a single piece of a polygonal mesh, although it is technically feasible to split it into two distinct pieces - a cup and a teapot. Upon opening the file in Cinema 4D R21, selection is automatically set. Similarly, materials can be separated, but accessing the actual materials (the red one) requires Cinema 4D, where they are specifically configured for use with embedded ProRender engine's Physical-Based Rendering capabilities.
