Cute Owl Checkers & Crowns

I made some owls for my wife and I realized they would make excellent checkers. The crowns are made to fit tightly on the owls. I scaled the owls to 500% from the original file created by budgiesarecool http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:709768. At 500% the owls fit well inside of a 1" square so they should be suitable for most boards. Instructions You will need 12 owl pieces of each color and 8 crown pieces in yellow or gold. I designed the the crown using PLA so if you are using ABS you may need to print the crown at greater than 100% scale. You might want to print one crown and one owl to test the fit before you go into full scale production. I printed the owls with 300 micron layer height, 15% infill, and no supports. The Crowns were printed at 300 microns, 15% infill and supports.
