I spent nearly three hours fine-tuning this dragon design in mesh mixer to ensure it was perfect for four-color printing. Unfortunately, I had to create a large model because the wings wouldn't cooperate with complex generation - but that just makes the end result even more impressive, right? Additionally, I don't have enough filament at the moment to print it out, so you're on your own with this one. However, as long as you get adequate support in Simplify3D, it should print without any issues. One thing to keep in mind is that the base of the original model wasn't quite flat, so you may want to adjust your print bed by about 1mm to ensure a smooth finish. If anyone does manage to print this out, I'd love to see the finished product - and I'm definitely planning on giving it another go myself down the line.
