Cute Cocoa Duster for cappuccino

This is a compact yet fully functional cocoa duster for adding cocoa powder to your cappuccino. Store the cocoa powder in the container itself, then turn the top wheel to dispense a consistent amount of cocoa dust from the bottom. The duster also features a bottom cap that keeps it tight when stored. Note that this is a precise print and uses few threads. The best approach is to do all the parts with treads in 0.1 mm per layer just where the threads are. I did it this way, and everything fits perfectly. You may try 0.2 everywhere if you prefer. The screw on top of the center piece should be printed in 0.1 layer height, as it is a smaller screw. It's best to use multiple quality processes on that piece so you don't waste 0.1 mm on the bottom part. The bottom part was made with 0.2 per layer and 15% infill, then from about 40mm, I increased infill to 60% and dropped to 0.1 per layer to get good structure and support for the screw. The screw nut should be printed in matching 0.1 and 60% infill. The handle wheel can be 0.2 and 15% infill - no issues here. The main body is best done with multiple processes: 0.1 layer in 0-4mm, 0.2 layer in 4-34mm, and 0.1 layer in 34mm and up. All standard 15% infill should be used. The lid and top screw covers can be printed at 0.1 with 15% infill. The holes in the main body are tapered with 1.2mm at the smallest end - this works perfectly for a fine cocoa powder with my printer. You can easily ream them up with a small drill bit if necessary or if your printer closes them. The turning wheel and center piece are joined with a square mortise, which may be a tight fit straight from the printer depending on the accuracy of your printer. Take a small file and lightly file the mortise so it goes in more easily. It's okay for there to be a tight fit since once assembled, you can unscrew the top lid with the whole assembly when you want to add more cocoa. The bottom cover screws onto the bottom of the main body, but because the bottom screw on the body starts from the bed, the print may be sharp and flat. This could make it hard to fit the bottom cover. Take some sandpaper and create a little bevel on the bottom thread of the main body so the cover goes in easily.
