Cutaway LED Flashlight (solder-free)
thingiverse
Make a LED flashlight with printed parts, conductive thread, and batteries using the solder-free 3D-PCB library. Instructions on how to build this and use 3D-PCB are available at http://www.instructables.com/id/3D-Printed-Circuit-Boards-for-solder-free-printab/. Test the electronics_top, switch_toggle, and peg_cap before building. It's been tested on MakerBot Replicator with ABS plastic, and support for Up! is coming soon. Conductive thread from http://members.shaw.ca/ubik/thread/order.html is recommended. The uploaded drawing shows the circuit wiring, while detailed wrapping instructions are available in the aforementioned Instructables page. You can also find updates on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/carry.the.what.replications.
