Cut Parts for a Prusa Mk3
thingiverse
I created these files to aid in printing the mercy staff parts on my Prusa Mk3 printer. Most of them need adjustments due to excessive height. The Handle consists of two sections with pins, while the Wing is divided into two parts held together by hexagon pins. The battery holder fits snugly inside the pole. To ensure a secure connection between components, I modified the Foot design. The battery holder might be too tight a fit, so consider reducing print settings or sanding to achieve a better fit. LED Base models were used to mount LEDs within the polycarbonate rod. I utilized 3mm wide angle LEDs from LEDLighthouse.com. Note that this assembly requires precise soldering skills due to its extremely tight fit. The additional holes in the circle allow for wire routing to connect other LEDs and batteries.
