Cut off Prusa Original i3 MK2 Extruder Cover

This is a version of the extruder cover for a Prusa Original i3 MK2 that has had the bottom chopped off - it's built from the SCAD source of the MK2S version of the printer. Its only purpose is to make room for my new part cooling nozzle, but they are listed as separate things here since I didn't want to GPL my design, yet this part uses Prusa code and must carry the GPL. I've been using PETG for testing - we'll see if it holds up or if I need to make a new one in ABS.
