But aside from that, it operates identically, offering the benefit of the Customizer interface. The image you choose will govern displacement on the egg's surface rather than color. For best results, you should generate a depth map or edit an existing image using software like Photoshop to achieve better outcomes. High-contrast images work well after being blurred slightly in the editor. White pixels will shift based on the specified height value, while black ones remain unchanged; gray pixels will displace according to a ratio somewhere between white and black displacements. Several example depth maps are provided for your reference - some I created, others hastily grabbed from Google Images.
