Here are the customized details: Created from the Thingiverse website (www.thingiverse.com), a tool for customizing digital designs. Customized to fit perfectly with MakerBeam and its tight 8mm smooth rods. Options used in this project: A bearing block of thickness: 10 mm A base of thickness: 5 mm An outer diameter for the bearing: 8.5 mm No lip size selected (lip_size = 0) The chamfer on the base is 2 mm Custom settings applied to achieve the design: Using a high resolution, rounded number for calculation ($fn = 100) No screw thread set to match an existing one (set_screw_diameter = 0) Bearing placement at: 15 mm from its center Holes are placed evenly 30 mm apart (mounting_hole_spacing = 30) Countersinking the area around a 4.25 mm hole is not used for this design Screw holes in this object will have diameters of 4mm. The counter-sink that holds these holes in place, at least above and beyond they top part of the hole is 2mm.
