Here is a redesign and upgrade for your 3D printer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2010706. I have personally printed, tested, and perfected this model, but I had to overcome significant obstacles in installing the motors (since my workspace was too cluttered to use a screwdriver). Instead, I used a hammer to tap them into place. Going forward, I plan to modify this project to better suit my needs for my next Kossel. The original design can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:547415, but I customized the components using 15 x 15 mm aluminum extrusions. If you prefer a more traditional carriage system, you're free to use either this or another model that is compatible with the standard Kossel setup. Additionally, feel free to make any modifications you see fit to suit your specific needs.
