Customized idler and Motor X axis - Prusa clone type

I've recently upgraded my 3D printer with a custom-built idler and motor, which are already installed and functioning perfectly. In fact, they're significantly better than the original components. My printer is now much quieter in operation. However, there's still room for improvement - specifically with the carriage. Currently, it's a bit loose, resulting in noticeable gaps between the rod and bearings. While printing, I can see and hear a slight noise emanating from this area. To rectify this issue, I plan to replace the rods with slightly thicker ones and possibly swap out the bearings for polymer ones, which should further reduce noise levels.
