Customized Version of Thingiverse Object Number 468701 Created with the Customizer Tool from Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=468701 Instructions for Using Custom Settings Settings Used: The following settings were chosen: * Fine detail level was set to 120. * Lip height on each component was selected as 7 units. * Inner diameter of idler roller was adjusted to 70 millimeters. * Thickness of lip components is exactly 1.25 millimeters thick. * Belt width, in case a drive system with a rubber belt or other materials will be employed, was fixed at 8 units long. Idler Id in inches and also in millimeters: ID equals sixty. Angular Orientation Set on Top of Design Object Angle chosen to display the custom build part with all specified dimensions set correctly in this 3D modeling software is now at 60 degrees angle facing upwards.
