On a RepRap Mendel, this printed and functioned as expected. Changes from previous attempts include decreasing tolerance to 0.3, reducing angle, and increasing twist in the hearing bone. Specifically, w is set at 6.7, P at 40, T at 10, D at 51.7, with approximately 9 teeth on the sun gear, nTwist at 0.75, 7 teeth on each of the 5 planet gears, and a tolerance of 0.3.
