Customize-able Power Cover Set
thingiverse
This is a Customizer designed to produce front and back covers for virtually any power supply out there. Many 3D Printer kits such as the Tevo Tarantula come with open power supplies that are not ideal. This Customizer design allows you to select various front panel designs for output options, in addition to standard sizes that fit Inlet Male Power Sockets with Fuse Switch (http://amzn.to/2aMR5ve) and banana jacks (http://amzn.to/2biVSaq with http://amzn.to/2aW3LUi). You can also choose from various "0" models, each providing just one round opening for a rubber grommet (http://amzn.to/2aOpTzs). Print Settings: Printer: Any printer with a 200mm x 200mm bed will work. Rafts: They're not necessary. Supports: None are required. Resolution: Choose either 0.3 or 0.2 mm resolution. Infill: Suggest using 40% infill for optimal results. Notes: These prints can be longer due to the size, so another build tip is to apply a light coat of quick-setting epoxy (http://amzn.to/2bb4tyJ) to add strength to the build. This will also help with durability when fitting the cover to the power supply. Allow for extra material by adding a little more to your dimensions to account for the additional epoxy.
