This is just a quick example of how to modify STL file programmatically using OpenSCAD. Go ahead and print out all the original designs from @timcel, he probably has the one you're looking for already. If not, keep reading...\r\n \r\nThe commented code at the top shows how I stripped away text. I adjusted its position so it's centered on the origin and the top surface is at the XY-plane. I did that by trial and error using one of the original STL designs. The difference() operation with a cube centered over the face removes the text. I saved that as SweatHeart.stl, then imported it again for the basic heart shape in the two modules below. I commented out that code since now we can just use the new STL file without the text, but left it in for reference\r\n\r\nThe second sections show one and two line examples. Change them to any text you like\r\n\r\nThe final section is the two modules used in the examples. You might need to adjust font size, position or spacing to get things to fit nicely.\r\n\r\nCheck out the OpenSCAD docs for all the details on making text.\r\nhttps://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSCAD_User_Manual/Text\r\n\r\nThanks for looking!\r\nBob M
