Customizable wheel for silicone tyres

This is a wheel for tires made using [this silicone mold](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3588888). I printed it out with TPU and discovered that the hole was too small for the 3mm N20 D-shaft, so I enlarged it with a 3mm drill bit and now it fits perfectly without slipping off; you'll need to experiment with the hole size for your printer. The circles between the hub and the outside are designed to be flexible in order to improve contact with the ground.
