I took MarkBenson's design and gave it my own spin, creating a Customizer that lets you put your mark on things like wheel diameter, removing the spokes (get creative in Tinkercad!), adding text, making test-fit pieces, or fine-tuning tolerances for a smoother fit. I chose to use a common O-ring for grip. You can find the full drawing robot project detailed at http://www.instructables.com/id/Low-Cost-Arduino-Compatible-Drawing-Robot/. Instructions If your printer's not dialed in (feed rate, etc.), you might need to enlarge the hub cut-out. My own printer needed about 0.5 mm of extra room for the cuts before it was calibrated right. Check out http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:342198 for some calibration tips. I've found that saving some material and time comes from printing test pieces first. If needed, you can use a 3mm set screw and maybe even tap it in place. This one prints just fine without supports - go with 100% fill around the hub for added strength. For the 60mm version, I went with a 1-7/8" ID x 1/8" O-ring from McMaster-Carr: http://www.mcmaster.com/#9452k96/=zksola.
