After designing a fence post cap for placing a "figurehead" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3445217), today I had the idea of creating a wall bracket for such a figure. Using OpenSCAD for construction, it is scalable for other purposes. There are holes for mounting the console on a wall as well as a hole for securing the figure, each designed to fit M3 screws.
