Customizable Vacuum Crevice Tip With Offset

I really loved @zivbot's crevice tool, but my application required offsetting the nozzle from its base. So, I spent a few minutes adding an extra term and tweaking the code accordingly. This is a quick fix to meet my needs, and it could probably be improved with more effort. The default settings aren't ideal, as seen in the photo I added - if you get too close to the edge, the nozzle's bottom gets too thin. However, with caution, it works pretty well otherwise.
