I'm experiencing a problem with my Monoprice Maker Select V2, where the USB cable isn't staying secure even when I plug it in tightly to the control box. As soon as the cable wiggles out by about 2mm, I lose connection to Octoprint. A cable retainer is the solution to this issue - it goes over the control box and then slides over the USB cable to keep it firmly in place. Since different cable housings require customization, you'll likely need to adjust the design for your specific USB cable instead of using the default STL file provided. The customizer also allows you to modify the size of the control box opening based on your printer's actual print dimensions. Once you've customized the retainer, configuring other settings should be straightforward from the SCAD file.
