Instructions: Download OpenSCAD from http://www.openscad.org/downloads.html. Run the file... Terminal_Strip_Cover.scad. Adjust parameters to fit your terminal block. Press F5 and wait until the model compiles. Press F6 to save STL file for printing. The default settings below are for a standard 5 Amp terminal strip (see above photo).
