As he didn't know at the time which exact dimensions it should be, I made it parametric. Now one can make this large enough to store 3D filament. The two parts fit together without any glue by just being held in place by the wire or twine you put on it. Nevertheless, a piece of adhesive tape helps hold it in place to start winding.
