Customizable spacer with extra features at top and bottom sides (Cutoff or Standoff). For instance, you can create a hand screwdriver for nuts and nylock nuts by downloading the "Spacer-M5x38x14_wNut.stl" file. I designed this model specifically for the Ender3 X and Z plate spacer, and it turned out to be a perfect screwdriver for nuts as well. You can also add an insert and use a counterscrew to secure a key or even an electric screwdriver for faster and more torque. Unlimited uses are possible with this customizable spacer.
