Updated 16 Feb 2018 The parametric design is now available in Open SCAD. A customizer feature is on its way but for now, it's facing technical issues that are hindering progress. To simplify the task, two standard shelf sizes have been included as STL files to get users started right away. Users can easily scale up or down the dimensions of both shelves and pin configurations using OpenSCAD software to perfectly match their project specifications. The undersides of shelf pins now feature a smooth, rounded design that adds a touch of modern style to any installation. These customizable models will support most shelf thickness levels as well as pins up to an inch in diameter. If you're looking for more robust pin designs, then your choice of material should also be sturdy enough to meet these demands. If further adjustments are required let me know. Two STL options are included; one with .25 inches and the other featuring a 3/8 inch hole size. For editing purposes, the original Sketchup 8 files have been preserved in this design but we recommend opting for OpenSCAD for any future modifications due to its robust features and user-friendly interface. The designs perform well under standard printing conditions which include 0.1 or 0.2mm layer height and 30% fill setting, also use the built-in support system to ensure smooth production process.
