I had some problems when printing other roller bearings. Either the parts were too close and connected completely or too loose and the rollers just fell out. This design works great for my printer and I want to share it. The configurable tolerance only applies to the rollers, not to the inner/outer diameter. The 608 STL file already has 0.25mm tolerance for the diameters. Apply some spray oil for least resistance.
