Customizable rod clamp

Customizable rod clamp

I use clamps extensively in my laboratory to secure equipment that isn't too heavy. You can see how I've used this clamp to mount a UV LED-lamp for PCB exposing on a stand in the photo attached. The STL file provided is compatible with rods of 8 and 12 mm diameters. Post-Printing Instructions To ensure easy removal, there's a thin membrane above the part with a hex slot. This should be removed using a suitable drill bit after printing. You have two options for securing rods: you can use a screw with a wingnut like I do, or opt for a bolt with a knob similar to this one. Design Overview My design is based on profezzorn's original concept but has been modified to make it easier to print. It also accommodates rods of various diameters and minimizes the risk of skewness during printing.
