Customizable ring former

I needed to shape a flat Aluminium profile into a perfect circle for one of my projects. The aluminium sheet is placed between two parts which are then clamped onto the Aluminium, effectively shaping it. By calculating the radius, I determined how much Aluminium profile I required and cut it to that precise size. I highly recommend leaving some extra length on both sides, as the end pieces tend to resist bending. To achieve a complete circle, leave sufficient padding, allowing you to bend the entire shape in one motion. Once bent, simply trim off both excess paddings simultaneously.
