This revised drive block originated from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53125. By employing OpenSCAD, I mirrored and resaved STL files from Meshlab for correct loading. The bearing axle size was altered to suit a 5x10x4mm bearing obtainable at hobby shops catering to 1/10th scale cars. Additionally, the pivot screw hole diameter increased, and the lever top trimmed for Replicator 1 compatibility. Mirrored versions are available for left extruders as well. For printing, use 3 shells, 10% infill with .20mm layers similar to the original. Alternatively, utilize the provided .scad file to customize according to your specifications. Future improvements may include customizer support for loading STL files. Download Rep1 Right Plate 5mm.stl and Rep1 Left Plate 5mm.stl for use with single or dual Replicator sides, respectively. The .scad file also requires partfix.scad, ExtruderBase.stl, ExtruderCap.stl, and ExtruderLever.stl (original files fixed for compatibility). In the .scad file, green represents subtracted parts, while red indicates added parts, allowing customization adjustments.
