Customizable, Removable Handle for Allen/Hex Wrench/Key

A custom-sized, detachable handle for hex keys and allen wrenches. The key locks securely in place during use, allowing it to be effortlessly removed to access tighter spaces with the wrench alone. The adjustable handle can be tailored to any diameter and length, accommodating various hex key sizes. This innovative design draws inspiration from JohnSL's popular Customizer concept, which employs a zip-tie secured version of this wrench. I have also incorporated franklima260's original design style, featuring a small neck at the bottom that gives it a more authentic screwdriver handle appearance. STL files are included for 1.5mm, 2.5mm, and 5mm Allen wrenches. For any other size, users can utilize the Customizer (refer to instructions below). Print Settings: Printer: Folgertech 2020 Prusia i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2mm Infill: 50% Notes: Cura line supports at 25% density were used to support the overhang in the slot; these can be easily removed with a thin craft knife. The Allen wrench itself makes an excellent tool for pushing out any lingering supports. The 50% infill provides a solid, robust tool, although it might be excessive. Instructions: To determine the hex size of the wrench, measure its maximum diameter point-to-point (not flat-to-flat). If only the nominal size (flat-to-flat) is known, this can be approximated as hex size = 1.082*nominal size. The handle diameter and length are best left at their default settings, but most values should work fine. A length of around 40mm creates a pleasant "stubby" screwdriver, depending on the handle diameter. The "hole delta" is an enlargement factor that increases the slot's size. My RepRap printer produced the best prints at 0.2mm, but higher-precision printers may produce workable prints at .15mm or less.
