Different barrels in the market have various sized windows, so one jig cannot cover them all. There are also different sorts of materials for R-hop. This customizable R-hop jig is designed to be adjustable for every need. Parameters ==================== * Basic * **Inner** Inner diameter of tube. The nominal size is typically the same as your barrel bore (6mm). You will probably need a slightly bigger value for compensating plastic shrink. I have been using a value of 6.1. * **outer** Outer diameter of tube. I usually use 9mm outer diameter silicone tube, but it would be ideal to use 8.5mm or lower. You will probably need a slightly bigger value for compensating plastic shrink. I have been using a value of 9.7. * **a** Window depth. This value depends on your barrel, normally something in the range of 0.6mm to 1.4mm. If you don't know the exact value for this, the best way to find it is to generate and print multiple jigs and find the best fit. That's why there is an option to generate multiple jigs at once by setting the number of jigs in a row and the number of rows. * **b** Blade thickness. Measure your blade you are using. You will probably need a slightly bigger value for compensating plastic shrink. I have been using a value of 0.45. * Array size * **n** Number of jigs in a row. If the value is higher than one, the model generates multiple jigs. Every jig is otherwise identical, but the window depth is increased by *window depth step*. * **m** Number of rows. It's not recommended to go above 2. If you set a value over 2, make sure there is room for your blade. * **da** Window depth step. This value is used when multiple jigs are generated to determine different depths of windows. * Advanced * **h** Height of jig. The total height of the model is increased by 2mm due to the base. * **t** Wall thickness. Increasing this value will make the jig more stiff. * **Base** Size of the base. * **Chamfer** Enables or disables chamfer. * **Angle** Chamfer angle * **Length** Chamfer length * **Radius** Radius of the base roundings. Setting a value to 0 will disable radius. * **Indicator** Enables or disables indicator. The indicator is a small hole in one corner to indicate the smallest jig. It's recommended to enable it if multiple jigs are generated. * **Quality** Quality of non-relevant shapes
