This is a fully customizable PVC pipe support which utilizes zip strips, also known as cable ties, to attach the support to the pipe. The default settings include a 1.5 inch diameter with a 25mm wide support that extends 140mm out and features a race opening for a 1/4 inch bolt. Print Settings: Printer: Any printer will do Rafts: No rafts are needed Supports: Supports should not be used as it may cause the zip-strip openings to become blocked Resolution: A resolution of .3 or better is recommended Infill: An infill of 25% or more is suggested Notes: Do not use supports, as it will cause the zip-strip openings to become plugged. It's also essential to leave a little extra room for the zip strips. While any material can be used for printing, ABS or HIPS are preferred due to their structural integrity. However, these materials require higher bed temperatures to avoid warping, especially when dealing with large pieces. Please ensure you understand the structural capabilities of this support as it's designed to hold pipes in alignment under minimal force.
