I designed this simple pulley for my own use and I'm sharing it with you. To customize it, just adjust three parameters: wheel diameter, hole diameter, and cable diameter. The wheel diameter parameter controls the overall diameter of the well, while the hole diameter parameter adjusts the center hole diameter for the pulley axis. The cable diameter parameter affects both the pulley groove and thickness. Please note that this SCAD script doesn't check for parameter consistency, so you can set values like a hole diameter greater than the wheel diameter, but it won't be printable. You have two options to generate the pulley: print it as a single part or print halves. The latter is useful if you're printing and want to glue the halves together to avoid overhangs.
